Sample data: company names, piece counts and weights are made up.
NeatLoad · Container load planning
Your list goes in. A plan comes out.
An independently checked loading plan that puts your Excel or PDF packing list into the container.
We are currently working only with invited users.
Reading and placement
Bring your list, every item finds its place.
You do not have to fit the list to a template; it is read as it is. Heavy load on the floor, light load on top. An item that cannot be placed does not vanish: it appears in the "not placed" list with its reason.
- Excel
- CSV
- Pasted table
- PDF with a text layer
- Plain text from an email
It fixes units, asks when unsure, and calculates no plan until you confirm the reading summary.

Checks
The checks live inside the plan.
A load with a rule is not put where it breaks the rule, each company stays in its own colour and code, and the centre of gravity is calculated and shown.
Rules
A load with a rule is not put where it breaks the rule. The rule is suggested from the product type and you confirm it.
- FragileThe ceramic pallets are placed with care.
- No load on topThe top of the pallets stays empty.
- Keep uprightThe machine crates stay upright.
- At most 6 layersThe towel cartons are stacked at most 6 layers high.
- Support and total weightOverlap, bounds, support and total weight are checks that cannot be turned off.
Companies
Colour alone carries no information: every company also has a code. A company's load stays together, and the company unloaded first sits closest to the door.
- ALFAlfa TekstilUnloaded first, near the door
- BETBeta MakineSecond, in the middle
- GAMGama SeramikUnloaded last, at the back wall
Centre of gravity
The container turns translucent. The centre of gravity is calculated and shown lengthwise, sideways and in height.
- Lengthwisefrom the closed end

- Sidewaysfrom a side wall

- Heightfrom the floor

Vehicles
Container or trailer, whichever you need.
20', 40' and 40' HC containers and the curtain-sided semi-trailer come ready. On a trailer the axle group load is calculated and compared with its limit.
- 40' HC container12.19 m, height 2.90 m (high cube)
- 40' container12.19 m, height 2.59 m
- 20' container6.06 m
- Curtain-sided semi-trailer13.6 m
Trailer axle group Planned value, not a weighing.
If the list does not fit one container NeatLoad suggests the vehicle type and the number.
Step by step and output
Loaded step by step, delivered as a PDF.
The loading order plays step by step, so you see which company's how many pieces go where. The same plan reaches you as a PDF with a 3D picture and an item table for every step.

Planned weight does not replace weighing or a verified gross mass; the plan is not used before an authorised person verifies it.
- A 3D picture and an item table for every step
- Total weight and centre of gravity
- Trailer axle loads
